Available Positions

Entry Level – Lube & Tire Technician

Requirements: Ethical person with a great attitude, who is able and willing to learn. The correct individual must work well with others and be able to follow written and verbal procedures. Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment and tools. Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license. No experience necessary, will train.

Job Duties: As an automotive lube & tire technician, your job will include performing oil changes and lubrication work, vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs at entry level, as well as assisting more skilled technicians.


Automotive Technician

Requirements: Ethical person with a great attitude. The correct individual must work well with others, be teachable, and able to follow written and verbal procedures. He/She must have 2 years on the job experience and be working toward ASE certifications. Must have own tools, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license & required skills.

Job Duties: An Automotive Technician is responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of automotive equipment. Duties include performing vehicle inspections, diagnostic testing of vehicles, and replacement of worn components. As an automotive Technician you must be able to work on brakes, engines, steering, and electrical systems and be willing to assist other technicians when asked. Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment and tools.


ASE Master Automotive Technician

Requirements: Ethical person with a good attitude, who is able and willing to learn. The correct individual must work well with others and be able to follow written and verbal procedures. ASE Certifications are mandatory. He/She must have own tools, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license & required skills.

Job Duties: An ASE Master Automotive Technician is responsible to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame, with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations. He/She must be able to perform advanced removal and replacement, and diagnostic work accurately according to daily work orders as received from any manager including: emission control systems; throttle body injection; electrical problems on computerized vehicles; conditions between computer, ignition, and mechanical problems; anti-lock brake systems; cruise control; all non-computerized accessories; drivability problems; on-board computer problems; import fuel injection; import ignition on computerized vehicles; auto transmissions; computerized A/C systems; and four wheel drive internal components. Must be willing to assist/supervise/train less skilled technicians in various vehicle maintenance and repair responsibilities. Master Technician knows, understands, and performs all duties of all Technician roles. Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment and tools. Perform work of other members of the service department if business necessitates. Perform any other duties either necessary for customer service or perceived by or assigned to the job.


Service Advisor

Requirements: Ethical person with a great attitude and strong people skills. The correct individual must be even tempered, a fast learner and work well with others. He/She must be able to multitask, solve problems and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Good communication and computer skills are a must.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule appointments, meet and greet all customers in a gracious and professional manner. Complete customer information on repair order and communicate with customer to obtain detailed information of concern before passing on to technician. Review and attempt to presell previous mileage or service recommendations. Track time for repair order to develop/maintain “standards”. Organize daily work load, expedite all customer repair orders with technicians twice daily, review courtesy inspections with technicians and advise customer on recommended repairs/maintenance based off of mileage or courtesy inspection. Price any suggested additional work in accordance with pricing practices. Indicate the exact repair instructions to both the technician and the customer. Develop customer satisfaction indices.
